Orders and preparation

Every order is made fresh, with no treats kept in storage awaiting sale. We take care to prepare and dispatch your order as promptly as possible. If you have any questions about timing or need your order by a particular date, please get in touch through our contact form.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through the payment options available at checkout.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are generally shipped through Australia Post. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address when placing your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you tracking details so you can follow its progress. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier.

If your order is delayed, missing or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can help.

Order issues and refunds

Please check your order when it arrives. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us through our website’s contact form with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos to help assess what has happened.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or for choosing the wrong product. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Where a product does not meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or other remedy, depending on the circumstances.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
