1. All items are handmade. We will post your order typically within 1 to 3 days from the time of order. Should there be any cause for a delay to your order we will contact you by your advised method, mostly email.
2. Payments are received securely via PayPal. All requirements of privacy legislations act (relevant to our state) apply.
3. Supa-licious Pty Ltd do not vouch for the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any customer product reviews or referrals
4. Shipping is generally via Australia Post. It is preferable that we deliver to street addresses and businesses, however delivery to PO Boxes and mail bags can be arranged. We suggest using an address where someone will be available to accept your delivery during business hours. Once items are dispatched with Australia Post a tracking number will be provided to you at which point Supa-Licious Pty Ltd are not longer liable for the order dispatched.
5. A refund will not be given for incorrect ordering but will be given if an error of type when packing is made or damaged product (ie broken packaging on arrival) evident will be required to be provided. If an error is made in your payment then a refund will be given on receipt of evidence. Any refunds will be made via Paypal against the original card or account used to make the purchase. Please contact us within 14days to advise of the issue, via email with your order reference number.

Privacy Policy - Supa-Licious Pty Ltd understands that privacy is extremely important and all information you submit to us via email, internet or other will be used exclusively by Supa-Licous Pty Ltd. Your information will not be shared, sold, given to a third part unless required to such as postal services, supply of goods from us to you or a person you have nominated on your behalf or exchanged. So information will be retained by Supa-Licious Pty Ltd for future marketing / promotions. Supa-Licious Pty Ltd relies on relevant Privacy Acts.
